Veit & Veit, CPAs has been serving Alaskans since its establishment in 1978 and is rooted in family tradition and quality services.

About Us
Melvin Veit started his CPA firm in 1978 and his brother Tom Veit later joined as a partner to form Veit & Veit, CPAs. Melvin later operated as a sole practitioner for many years after Tom left.
In 2009, Melvin’s son Vincent started work for the firm and it is now called Veit & Veit, CPAs again. Another son, Justin, started with the firm in 2012. Vincent & Justin now provide accounting services with Melvin in an advisory role.

Our firm specializes in tax return preparation for individuals and small businesses (Partnerships, S & C Corporations, and LLCs). We enjoy serving a wide variety of clients with all kinds of tax situations. Our staff are certified and experienced with QuickBooks and can handle any bookkeeping and payroll needs. We also provide financial statement compilation services.
We are happy to receive information by mail, email, or fax. If you have specific questions or need tax planning services, call the office to schedule an appointment.
